How a pet relocation works with us
From your first question to the day your pet walks out of the arrivals hall: four steps, one team, and a client portal that keeps everything in one place.
1. Tell us about your pet and destination
The enquiry form asks for your route, your preferred dates and a few details about each pet: species, breed, age, weight and any vaccination records you already have. Not sure about some answers yet? Leave them blank — it takes a few minutes and needs no account.
2. Receive a personalized plan and quotation
We check your pet's records against the rules for your route and direction, work out the earliest date your pet can travel, and send a written plan and quote: each step, its deadline, what's included and what isn't.
3. We coordinate documents, preparation and logistics
Once you go ahead, we schedule the veterinary steps with your vet, prepare and check the paperwork before it's submitted, arrange the flight booking and crate requirements, and coordinate arrival — with local partners where available.
4. Follow the journey in your client portal
Your portal shows the journey's progress, your next tasks and every document. You upload records there, get reminders before appointments and message your team in one thread.

How early should we contact you?
As early as you know your move. Some destinations take six or seven months from the first vaccination (Japan and Taiwan from the U.S. mainland, for example); others take a few weeks. See how early to prepare.
Do I have to commit when I ask for a quote?
No. A quote request commits you to nothing. Services, prices and terms are set out in the quotation you accept.
Can you guarantee a flight or an arrival without quarantine?
No one can. Airlines decide what they carry, and authorities decide on entry. What we can do is plan the calendar so your pet meets every requirement we know of, and tell you early when something doesn't line up.
